The cybersecurity community has been asking a tough question lately: what happens to your work after you hit submit?
For some platforms, the answer has been... uncomfortable.
Here's ours: nothing. Your work stays your work.
What This Is About
You spend hours solving challenges, crafting payloads, testing techniques, and building your skills on our platform. That work represents your effort, your growth, and your expertise.
We believe no platform should take that effort and use it to train an AI model. Especially one that could end up competing with the very people who generated that data.
Think about it: your hard-earned techniques, your unique approaches to problems, your creative solutions, all fed into a model that could one day replace you or undercut your value in the market. That is not something we are willing to do.
Our Commitment
We have updated our Terms & Conditions to make this explicit:
Your activity and work on the platform, including your solutions, commands, techniques, and approaches, will never be used to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI or ML model. This data will not be sold, licensed, or provided to any third party for such purposes.
This is not a reaction to recent events. This is what we have always believed. Now it is in writing.
We Are Not Against AI
Let's be clear: AI has a future in cybersecurity, and we are excited about it. But that future should be built on trust, not on quietly harvesting user data.
There is a difference between using AI to enhance your learning experience and using your learning to enhance an AI. We will always stay on the right side of that line.
Why This Matters
You came to Hackviser to become a better hacker. We built Hackviser to help you get there. That relationship only works if you can trust us with your data.
We will not use your skills to build a product that competes with you. We will not turn your effort into someone else's advantage. Your data exists to serve you, not us.
That's it. That's the whole policy.
