Overview
VoIP Packet Analysis is a network forensics lab focused on voice communication captured over the network.
The exercise introduces a different kind of artifact than ordinary web or file-transfer traffic. VoIP investigations often require identifying signaling data, media streams, call flow, timing, and the relationship between endpoints before the analyst can understand what happened.
This lab is a good fit for learners practicing protocol-aware traffic review and analysis of real-time communication evidence.
